Requirements
- requirements Conduct material failure and/or structural analysis; define standards for facilities and pipeline performance; and develop/revise policies and procedures Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a combination of formal education and the following job related experience preferred: Work Experience
- Experience in use and function of applications such as: Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, Word, etc.

- JOB SUMMARY The Reliability Engineering Supervisor leads and coordinates reliability initiatives for natural gas liquids (NGL) assets, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations across processing, storage, and pipeline systems.
- This role supervises reliability engineers, drives predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, and utilizes data analytics to identify failure trends, optimize asset performance, and extend equipment life.
- The supervisor partners closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to develop reliability improvement plans, manage root cause failure analyses, and implement continuous improvement programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
