Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration of core HR systems like Workday and AI HR Ops tools
- Execute system updates and employee transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that can’t be handled through existing workflows
- Identify and fix data issues, access problems, and broken processes
- Maintain clear documentation and address recurring issues at the root cause
- Track record of improving processes and documenting them clearly
Requirements

- Qualifications Required 1-2 years of
- experience in an HRIS, People Ops, or HR Coordinator role
- Experience administering low-code HR workflow or ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, or similar) •

Benefits

- San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $41.60 to $57.20 per hour.
- This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
- Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location.
