- We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
- experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, VC/PE, Strategy, or similar roles - Demonstrated
- experience owning M&A and/or strategic partnership processes end to end - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations - A high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability in fast-moving environments - A structured, thoughtful approach to problem-solving and decision-making - The ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market NICE TO HAVE While not required, we think this role
