  • Conduct performance analyses, including emissions testing Order and/or secure parts and supplies Maintain, prepare and/or interpret reports and/or records including, but not limited to: Work logs and service orders Inspection reports Engine/equipment maintenance and repair records Pressure readings Material and supply orders Engine and compressor oil analysis reports Drive and ensure maintenance is complete on company vehicles

Requirements

  • experience with a company that is leading in the industry. We’re looking for candidates based in Big Spring or Garden City, Texas, or willing to relocate. Preferred
  • experience in mechanics working on field and plant equipment such as; compressors, internal combustion, diesel, natural gas-powered motors, cooling equipment, pumps, treating systems, valves, and turbines.
  • experience with natural gas, Ariel compressors, and
  • experience with CAT 3500 & 3600 engines.
  • Experience in use and function of hand and power tools and equipment applicable to position
  • Experience relative to company and/or governmental operating/safety policies and procedures Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of: ordering and/or securing parts and supplies Knowledge of: reading and interpreting work and repair orders, drawings, charts, diagrams, dials, gauges, warranties, quotations, procedures and equipment manuals Ability to: apply addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and percentages Ability to: communicate and/or exchange information and instructions

  • Responsibilities Perform mechanical work on fixed and rotating equipment at various locations including, but not limited to: Internal combustion, diesel, natural gas powered engines and electrical drivers Compressors, pumps, generators, turbines, valves, electrical equipment, and well equipment Service, troubleshoot, maintain, install and repair structural, mechanical, electrical and/or well equipment.
  • Responsibilities may include Department of Transportation (DOT) covered functions, including operations, maintenance, or emergency response on a pipeline.
  • Job duties also require the employee to be alert and respond immediately to dangerous or hazardous conditions, and where impaired performance, or failure to follow safety precautions, could result in serious injury or property damage.
