Responsibilities

Support recurring sales commission processing in Xactly, including calculation generation, validation, and preparation of commission outputs for Payroll.
Upload and validate quotas, one-off payments, adjustments, and other manual commission inputs.
Troubleshoot and resolve routine Xactly plan, data, and calculation issues under the guidance of a senior team member.
Identify discrepancies, data issues, or process gaps and escalate them proactively.
Support commission close activities, including LOA adjustments, SPIFF processing, new hire setup inputs, and exception handling. The

As our sales organization continues to grow across brands and markets, this role will provide critical operational capacity to support commission accuracy, Payroll readiness, and scalable compensation processes.

In this role, you’ll help ensure commissions are calculated accurately, processed on time, and delivered to Payroll with strong controls and clear documentation.
You’ll work hands-on in Xactly Incent, supporting recurring commission calculations, validating outputs, troubleshooting routine data and plan issues, and managing manual commission inputs such as quotas, adjustments, and one-off payments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, deadline-driven work, has strong analytical skills, and takes pride in accuracy - especially when the work directly impacts employee pay.
