- Responsibilities: - Pick and pack customer orders accurately using an order list. - Fold and prep clothing professionally to ensure a beautiful unboxing experience. - Tag and organize incoming merchandise quickly and accurately. - Process customer returns and assist with basic administrative warehouse tasks. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Experience working in apparel retail or warehouse operations preferred - Sense of urgency - this is a fast paced startup environment - Excellent attendance, punctuality, and accountability.
- - Reliability and accountability - Consistently meeting goals and metrics - Ability to travel to our South SF warehouse Monday-Friday - Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hours a day (stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach), climb and descend stairs safely, and lift up to 50 pounds.
