  • About the Role We are looking for an SDR Manager to drive growth within our In-Home (home health, hospice, home infusion) sales team.
  • We are looking for someone who works well in a changing environment, demonstrates high ownership, and can drive a team to achieve their goals.
  • This role will ultimately be measured by how successful your team is in achieving their output targets, the month over month growth and development of the SDRs, and how quickly you learn and scale what is working across the organization.
  • Your day to day will include: - Interviewing, Training, and Onboarding new team members who can have an immediate impact once they get on the phones.
  • - Reviewing calls, emails, accounts, and opportunities to identify areas for improvement.
  • - Tracking key metrics across the funnel to proactively identify gaps that need to be corrected.
  • - Creating coaching plans that give real time feedback to reps based on the metrics and qualitative reviews of performance that document focuses for improvement - Holding reps accountable to what drives results.
  • - Communicating to your team and cross-functionally what is working, what can be improved, and what you are focusing on as you scale the team.
  • - Proven high quality coaching and leadership principles.
