Additional details

  • As an Employee Relations Administrator, you will support a variety of administrative tasks relating to the Employee Relations business at Inizio.
  • This includes locating and organising SharePoint files, creating standardised templates and letters, transfer of information from support systems such as ServiceNow and Navex, and creating draft communications from meeting notes.
  • This role will report to our Global Employee Relations Lead and will work on a hybrid basis, working partly remotely and partly from our office in Gurugram.
  • Your working hours will be from 1-10pm to align to the UK/Ireland and South Africa and allow crossover with East Coast US timezones.
  • Working with a SharePoint system to organise current Employee Relations files and documents
  • Working with a SharePoint system to locate documents related to Employee Relations
  • Working with Service Now and Navex to create cases and ensure files and case notes are kept up to date and accurate
  • Working with documents from a variety of countries to create consistent and harmonised templates and letters that can be used by Employee Relations, managers, and the People team to support in employee related processes
  • Creating letters and scripts for the Employee Relations Specialists and Global Employee Relations Lead
  • Working with Service Now and Navex to run reports and correlate the data for senior-level management
