- You know how to build pipelines, stay organized across multiple searches, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process. - Clear and thoughtful communicator, with the ability to build high-trust relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels. - Attentive to detail and execution-oriented.
Experience
- You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with the recruiting team, Hiring Managers, interviewers, and candidates to create a high-trust, best-in-class hiring process WHO YOU ARE - 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting Sales and Marketing hiring in a fast-growing environment. - Strong sourcing and organizational instincts.
Benefits
- PAY TRANSPARENCY The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $135,000 - $175,000 USD.
- The listed range is a guideline from Pave https://www.pave.com/ data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits.
- Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package.
