Time Management & Personnel Administration Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage all related events for TM, working with time schedules and shifts, absences, quotas and payments or bonuses time related.
  • Ensure a high level of compliance related to TM and PA, as well manage personal data in a secure mode.
  • Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions (including policies, processes and tools) for PA and TM.
  • Train other colleagues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Use and improve of HR tools for employee's administration, especially for PA and Time (SAP-HR, MyPulse-Workday, Escriba, RPA, etc.) Monitor, test and improve Robotic Processes Automation (RPA) in place for PA and TM.
  • experience in HR at Airbus or a similar global, multi-divisional company.
  • Languages: advanced level in both Spanish and English.
  • Technical knowledge required : It's essential previous
  • experience in SAP PHM, Office, Google Workspace and Workday. Valuable / Nice to have:
  • experience in aeronautical topics will be valuable.
  • AI Process Integration: Proficiency in adapting to and leveraging AI-powered systems, with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement and digital transformation.

  • Job Description: A permanent opportunity for a Time Management & Personnel Administration Specialist has arisen within Airbus, Seville.
  • The selected candidate will join the Reward Operations Team within the Human Resources function.
  • The jobholder will be responsible for ensuring an efficient delivery of employees for Personnel Administration (PA) and Time Management (TM) activities, as essential topics from Human Resources function (HR), on a high-quality level, leading with labour law and rules, Collective Agreement, as well Company requirements.
  • The main tasks of the jobholder will be: Perform personnel events for hiring, transfers or leaving as well register personal employee data, issue certificates, contracts and other employee documents.
  • Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute to transnational future projects for TM and PA.
