Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections tied to receiving raw materials, parts, components, and fit checks as necessary.
- Inspect First Article components and subassemblies.
- Prepare in-process inspection reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain Quality documentation.
- Identify the serviceability of parts and components and appropriate tooling.
- Perform other related duties of which the above are representative. REQUIRED

- QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
- Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification (current or previously held) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic assemblies, PCBs, cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical systems is a plus. Prior
- experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, assembly, or production environments is preferred;
- experience with inspection tools such as calipers, microscopes, multimeters, or magnification devices is a plus.
- Ability to identify workmanship defects, cosmetic issues, and nonconforming conditions within electronic assemblies is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn technical processes, inspection criteria, and company procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
