Responsibilities
- Manages the preparation and reporting of consolidated and subsidiary financial statements Manages combined quarterly SEC filings (10-K and 10-Q), including drafting of management’s discussion and analysis Analysis and presentation of quarterly results to senior management Drives efforts to continuously improve processes and leverage technology Additional
Requirements
- Experience: Required: Bachelor's degree and minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted accounting
- experience Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Financial Reporting Additional
- Experience leading a team Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC requirements Preferred
- experience with Oracle FCCS and Workiva Wdesk Other
- Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills Previous
