Requirements
- Senior Messaging Platform SRE Description Design, deploy, and operate enterprise messaging platforms, including IBM MQ and Amazon MQ, across AWS environments Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to standardize and automate platform provisioning Develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps Ensure platform availability, scalability, and performance through Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices Monitor systems, manage incidents, conduct
- Experience designing and operating messaging platforms in AWS environments Hands-on
- experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools) Strong Linux system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix required) Knowledge of networking, replication, and distributed/multi-datacenter systems
- Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and production support Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments Ability to work effectively in international, distributed teams Preferred
- Experience with Grafana and/or Prometheus for observability AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
- Experience with hybrid and cloud-native architectures Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and tools such as ServiceNow
