Responsibilities
- What You'll Do Lead facility renovation, construction, and workplace improvement projects from concept through completion Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans to meet business objectives Solicit, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor and contractor proposals and contracts Oversee planning, design, bidding, permitting, and construction activities for both new and existing facilities Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and implement contingency plans to
Requirements
- experience in Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated commitment to safety and safe work practices Preferred Bachelor's degree CAD proficiency Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation
