Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

Hire, lead, and develop a team of engineers — including tech leads, software engineers, and QAs — who report directly to you
Ensure growth and development for all team members through coaching and mentoring, regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and performance reviews; identify and remove roadblocks and distractions
Define priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure regular updates and follow-ups on the team's scope of work
Support engineering department goals by setting team requirements, objectives, and timelines
Make relevant technical and business decisions that ensure predictable delivery in terms of timelines, stability, and performance
Build and maintain a culture of engineering excellence — upholding high standards of quality and reliability
Strong track record of hiring engineers and establishing team culture

experience in both technical and people leadership within engineering
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining microservices-oriented applications What we offer
