Responsibilities
- - Conduct thoughtful outbound activities to new and existing partner prospects, including relevant and personalized calls, social and email touches.
- - Support partner onboarding and early enablement, including sharing core Sift collateral, demoing high-level capabilities, and ensuring partners understand our value proposition.
- - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to support successful account-based and partner-based campaigns, including events, webinars, and joint marketing activities.

Experience
- Requirements: - 5+ years of prior partner development experience (SaaS, tech, or startup experience is a plus). -

- Sift’s Partnerships organization is looking for an eager and energetic Partner Development Representative to join our team.
- As a Partner Development Representative at Sift, you’ll be focused on identifying, recruiting, and activating strategic partners who can drive new business and expand Sift’s reach.
- You’ll be responsible for generating meaningful partner-sourced pipeline by identifying and engaging with high-potential partners, educating them on how Sift can positively impact their customers’ businesses, and supporting them through early co-selling motions.
- You’ll conduct extensive research on prospective partners and engage them through outbound prospecting, social outreach, networking, and attending field and partner events.
- An additional objective is to raise visibility of the Sift brand across our partner ecosystem.
- Ultimately, you’ll be measured on sourcing and enabling qualified partners, driving partner-sourced opportunities, while developing core sales and partnership skills in our career development program.
- - Engage and qualify prospective partners by understanding their business model, customer base, and existing technology stack to determine mutual fit.
- Our expectations are 40–50 meaningful activities a day.
- - Set up introductory and discovery calls between qualified partners and Sift’s Partner Managers.
- - Represent the Sift brand at partner conferences and events, building strong relationships and expanding our partner network.
