Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and validate pricing data and operational records within fleet management systems.
- Record, monitor, and manage service jobs on the Goodyear Fleet Services platform.
- Create daily tire orders, process purchase orders, and investigate or resolve related discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Front Office Agents and operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer support.
- Prepare reports, research materials, and documentation while maintaining accurate databases and records.
- Execute assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures and gain exposure to multiple business functions through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- What You'll Bring Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Outlook and SharePoint is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow structured procedures and workflows.
- experience in fleet operations, pricing, invoicing, data management, and back-office processes within a global corporate environment.
