Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and professional pre‑ and post‑flight simulator briefings in accordance with CAE standards.
- Maintain accurate training records, track instructional qualifications, and recommend remedial training when required.
- Deliver simulator and classroom instruction on assigned aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and pilot qualifications.

- After approximately 1.5 years , and based on business needs, designated instructors are expected to qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman. Key
- qualifications to obtain, an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating .
- Must be typed on Phenom 300.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other internet‑based applications.
- Must participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program .
- Ability to sit in a confined space for 4–6 hours at a time with limited breaks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours ) with limited breaks.
- Ability to sit, stoop, climb, twist, and turn as required for simulator instruction. Preferred
- Demonstrated ability to tailor instruction to a diverse, global customer base.
