Responsibilities

Requirements

- Experience building scalable programmes (systems, automation, documentation) - Ability to work cross-functionally and with global stakeholders - Comfort with basic metrics and reporting to evaluate program performance - Notion power user (you build clear systems and docs and teach others to use them) - Fluent English (additional EMEA languages a plus, especially French and German) - You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better NICE
