Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our agency of record to develop and refine brand assets in alignment with the firm’s creative direction.
- Ensure consistency with brand standards across all materials and platforms.
- Digital & Content Support Update and maintain website content such as attorney bios, practice pages, news posts, blogs, job listings, and event pages.
- Format and distribute firm communications, including internal memos, newsletters and blogs.
- Format documents across multiple platforms (PDFs, Word, blog posts, web articles).
- Gather and prepare event collateral (invitations, presentations, literature, bios, firm handouts, promotional items, etc.).
- Coordinate with external vendors regarding print projects, promotional items, and website troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, graphic design, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Microsoft Office, Canva, and comparable tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and offices.

- This position's salary range is between $60,000 to $70,000, negotiable based on years’ experience.
