Requirements

- Experience leading and developing high-performing product design teams - Strong product judgment, design craft, and systems thinking - Track record of shipping products with meaningful customer and business impact - Deep customer empathy and comfort operating in ambiguity - Ability to influence across functions and develop exceptional talent - Curiosity that borders obsession over how AI changes the nature software and how we work NICE TO HAVES - Founder or early-stage startup experience -
- Experience designing AI-native, automation, or agentic systems -
- Experience leading managers or multi-layered teams - Comfort working closely with technical teams on implementation details
