Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven and automation-focused commercial projects end-to-end, including telesales and inside sales initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. •
- Manage the full project lifecycle for commercial and revenue-focused initiatives, from scoping and planning through to execution and review. •
- Identify automation opportunities across commercial workflows, design solutions, and drive implementation with the right internal and external partners. •
- Evaluate, pilot, and scale AI-powered tools that enhance commercial performance -v from CRM automation and AI-assisted analytics to intelligent workflow orchestration. •
- Coordinate and manage relationships with outsourced vendors and external commercial partners. •
- Analyze sales workflows, identify gaps, and design optimized, AI-augmented solutions that improve commercial outcomes. •
- Define project requirements, create structured project plans, and oversee implementation of tools and systems. •
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery. •
- Foster cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Compliance. •
- Monitor risks, budgets, and performance, ensuring timely and efficient execution. •
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and champion continuous improvement through best practices and documentation.
Requirements

- At myPOS, the Commercial AI & Automation Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that drive commercial performance and revenue growth through smart use of AI and process automation.
- experience in project management, with a focus on commercial or sales-driven projects. • Hands-on
- experience with telesales, inside sales, or sales workflow initiatives. •
- A genuine interest in and working knowledge of AI tools and automation - you don't need to be an engineer, but you know how to identify where AI adds real value and how to get it shipped. •
- Experience working with or evaluating AI-powered tools such as CRM automation, workflow automation, AI-assisted analytics, or similar solutions - this is a core part of the role, not a nice-to-have. •
