Develop and design hardware and software for automated test equipment as well as supporting existing systems.
Analyze test data, identify anomalies, and provide recommendations for design improvements to ensure product reliability and performance.

Requirements
The Space Technologies division has been developing the techniques, systems, subsystems, and design elements required to implement high reliability optomechanical and electrical systems.
The candidate will work across engineering disciplines to help define V&V statements, develop SW for automated tests and provide overall systems support for multiple programs.
The ideal candidate will have an electrical engineering background to support the development, verification, and qualification of spaceflight hardware.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and technicians.
Proficiency with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other electrical test equipment.
Familiarity with environmental test standards for space hardware (e.g., NASA GEVS, MIL-STD-1540, etc.).
Experience performing board-level checkout and debugging of complex electronic assemblies.
Experience in automated control and measurement systems.
Experience in System design, Verification, and Validation.
Experience developing integration and test plans/procedures and reports.
Experience in signal processing. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance. Desired
Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience. 8+ years of
experience in electrical engineering roles (spaceflight or aerospace preferred).
Familiarity with FPGA- or microcontroller-based systems and associated debugging techniques.
Solid understanding of embedded systems and digital interfaces (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, LVDS, SpaceWire, etc.). Hands-on
experience in conducting environmental tests for spaceflight hardware or satellite systems in a cleanroom environment.
Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, Python, and JAVA.
Physical Demands: Ability to constantly work in an office and production environment.
Required to frequently sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
