Responsibilities
- Run and monitor machines across six production stations, including two fully automated systems and several manual or semi‑manual work areas.
- Gather and record production data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform machine setup, changeover, operation, cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance.
- Uphold an inclusive and respectful environment that values differences in backgrounds, perspectives, and approaches.

Requirements
- You will work in a welcoming, organized environment guided by 5S, Lean Manufacturing principles, and ISO standards.
- Be trained across all six stations to ensure versatility and understanding of the full production flow.
- Ability to clearly communicate with teammates and leadership, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
- A High School diploma (or equivalent), or relevant manufacturing/production experience.
- Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and working with decimals and fractions.
