Responsibilities
- Own and manage the risk strategy for sports betting and customer management, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk whilst working closely with trading and product teams.
- Proactively identify emerging betting risk patterns and changes in customer behaviour, designing and implementing solutions before they impact business performance.
- Conduct post-analysis on customer profitability, limits, margin performance, and Cash Out, raising key findings and recommendations to senior traders and management.
- Mentor junior team members, providing feedback and guidance on the application of risk management frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Trading and Product teams to ensure risk controls support both business protection and customer experience goals.
Requirements

- Apply a deep understanding of sports betting market dynamics, including limits and time-to-market, to identify and mitigate high-risk situations.
- Deep, authoritative knowledge of sports betting risk, customer management frameworks, advantage play, and betting integrity issues. Proven professional
- experience in a sports betting risk management, trading, or analytics role, with a track record of making impactful decisions.
- Deep expertise in risk management frameworks, customer segmentation, and advantage play detection techniques.
- Proficiency in risk management tools, trading software, and advanced data analysis using SQL.
- Excellent communication skills, with the proven ability to present complex information clearly to senior and non-technical stakeholders. •
- Experience in mentoring or providing guidance to junior colleagues.
- Advanced written and spoken English skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Nice to have •
- Experience working with third-party integrity monitoring tools or platforms beyond Seon.

- We are looking for a Senior Risk Analyst to join the Risk team at Super Technologies, bringing deep expertise in sports betting risk management and customer management.
- As a key senior member and subject matter expert, you will take ownership of the risk strategy for sports betting, conduct proactive analysis, and serve as a trusted partner to traders and sport owners.
- The role carries meaningful influence over strategy and offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members whilst implementing robust risk controls that protect the business and ensure a fair, competitive customer experience.
- Act as the lead expert on betting integrity, responding promptly to alerts from the IBIA and other internal tools.
- Contribute to the development of the overarching risk management strategy with guidance from team leadership, staying informed about industry trends and competitive risk approaches.
- Communicate complex risk assessments, findings, and customer treatment recommendations effectively to Risk management, leadership, and other senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Operations teams to ensure risk decisions are implemented efficiently and optimally for the business.
