- The Role: SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice.
- Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, including parent training and social skills groups.
- What You'll Do: - Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans - Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments - Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers") - Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies - Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming) - Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection
