- Experience of large multi-million dollar transformation projects
- Linguistic Fluency: Native or bilingual proficiency in German and professional fluency in English are mandatory.
- experience in structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Force Management, Challenger) to navigate long, complex procurement cycles.
- Experience as an early-stage contributor for a US-based SaaS company in the Swiss market is highly preferred.
- Academic Background: BA/BS degree required; a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA is a significant advantage.

Experience
- Regional Expertise: 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 5+ years specifically managing Major/Strategic accounts in Switzerland.
