Requirements
- The Work: This position is located at MCAS Miramar in San Diego CA, and will support the F-35 Program.
- Selected candidate will primarily perform duties as a Security Shift Operations Manager in a Special Access Program environment, reporting to the MCAS Miramar F-35 Site Security Manager.
- Position is primarily a first shift position, however, due to the dynamic environment supporting flying operations, and pilot training the selected candidate may be required to support either first, second or third shift operations to include weekends as required.
- While assigned shifts should be stable, applicants may be required to change shifts, if necessary, to support mission requirements.
- On occasion, incumbents may be required to work 1st or 2nd shift and a non-standard work schedule that differ from their primary shift.
- Some business travel may be required to include deployment and detachment support in arduous or austere locations to support F-35 security operations outside of MCAS Miramar, San Diego.
- Due to local mission requirements, a Top Secret/SCI clearance will be required, in the future.
- On occasion, incumbents may be required to work 1st or 2nd shift and a non-standard work schedule that differ from their primary shift being hired for.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance when local mission requirements dictate.
- Experience leading/managing people, teams and resources. Desired Skills: 1. Prior L-Code Manager
- experience in a Lockheed Martin Security environment (F35 L-code
- experience a plus). 2. Knowledge of F-35 Program Security requirements. 3.
- Experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), assistant CPSO, or government Program Security Officer (PSO). 4. Familiarization with the NISPOM.
- Experience working in a military environment. 5.
- Knowledgeable user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 6.
- Experience leading/managing people, teams and resources.
- Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
