Responsibilities
- Analyze transportation and warehousing data from systems such as TMS, WMS, Cass, SAP TM, and others to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, KPI reporting tools, and performance analytics using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
- Conduct freight, routing, and network optimization analyses to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support warehouse process improvement initiatives including receiving, picking, packing, inventory flow, and automation assessments.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of
- experience in logistics operations within transportation, warehousing, or distribution environments is desired. Proven
- experience supporting or leading Lean or Continuous Improvement initiatives in multi-site or network operations, with Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred (Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus).
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and enterprise systems such as SAP TM and WMS. #LI-AP3 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
