As an Associate Manager of Product Development at Epicor, you will lead technical design, mentor development teams, and deliver secure, efficient systems for complex business needs.
What you will be doing: Lead technical design sessions with customers, Product Owners, Product Management, Architects, and Developers. Translate customer
requirements into secure, scalable, and efficient system designs.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to assess feasibility, risks, estimates, and priorities.
Strong technical leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audience.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
