Electronics Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to define and architect our next-generation electronic systems
Oversee the entire lifecycle of our electronic hardware, from design and development to implementation and verification
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule to ensure that our hardware development aligns with the overall program timeline
Drive the design process, including specification, component selection, circuit board design, and system-level integration
Lead the team through hands-on debugging, board bring-up, and system validation
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team Requirements

A Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field
experience in a fast-paced product design and development environment
experience designing and developing complex electronic hardware from concept to production
Demonstrated ability to design, build, and test hardware from scratch. Proven
experience in building and managing teams of engineers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with photovoltaics •
Experience with Li-ion batteries and battery management systems •
Experience with magnetics in power electronics

The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
Base Salary $160,000 — $215,000 USD U.S.

Directly manage, mentor, and expand a team of both junior and senior electronics engineers
Play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members to support our rapid growth
Provide expert support to our production and operations teams for the successful deployment and use of our hardware
