  • ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Director of Account Executives to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization at Broccoli AI.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven SaaS sales leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, knows how to drive pipeline and revenue performance, and can coach AEs to consistently exceed quota.
  • You’ll play a critical role in shaping our sales culture, hiring strategy, and go-to-market execution as we scale nationally.
  • experience with 2+ years in sales leadership - Proven track record leading quota-carrying AE teams -
  • Experience in high-growth startup or scaling SaaS environments - Strong understanding of outbound and inbound sales motions - Excellent coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management skills - Data-driven decision maker with strong operational discipline - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments -
