Requirements
- benefits starting day one 🛠 What You’ll Be Doing Receiving and stocking inventory for pumps and parts Prepping surfaces and painting pumps and components Operating blast booth equipment and working with various coatings and media Packaging and preparing orders for shipment Pulling parts and pump orders as needed to support production flow Following all company safety procedures and best practices 🎯 What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of
- experience as a painter in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with wet paint applications Knowledge of different paint types and blast media (preferred) Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial components Basic computer skills and ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred: Forklift or overhead crane
