Responsibilities
- Responsibilities Plan project and turnaround activities for the asset, developing and maintaining detailed work plans and schedules.
- Create job packs with all relevant information needed to support efficient execution of planned work.
- Coordinate work orders and schedules with project, construction, operations, and maintenance teams.
- Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and longer-term look-ahead schedules for expense and upgrade work.
- Support backlog maintenance, work prioritisation, and cost-conscious planning to enable effective response.
- Manage work dispatch coordination and manpower availability in conjunction with site supervision.
- Ensure work order documentation is complete and planning records are maintained to a high standard. Identify material
Requirements
- experience in industrial maintenance, projects, and turnaround activity.
- Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 5+ years of maintenance
- experience in oil and gas or petrochemical facilities. Strong
- experience in planning, scheduling, and execution processes, procedures, and best practice.
- Solid understanding of instrumentation and electrical work, with a planning background relevant to the I/E Planner position. Strong
- experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of customer service, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to maintain a TWIC card in good standing.
- Technical degree or similar qualification.
- Experience with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6. Scheduling software definition and build experience.
- Experience with Prometheus.
- Experience working in a PHMSA regulated pipeline facility.
- Experience with gas compression and metering equipment.

- Assist with KPI development and produce reports on schedule compliance, including analysis of deviations, trends, and variations.
- Contribute to procedure updates, procedure writing, training improvement, and budget support as required.
