Responsibilities
- budget Support leaders in taking corrective actions where discrepancies or risks are identified Contribute to HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making Provide coaching and sparring to leaders on change management, conflict resolution, employee development, and performance management Promote a healthy work environment and follow up on absence trends Foster strong employee relations and a positive workplace culture Build and maintain effective collaboration with union representatives
- Act as the primary HR contact for leaders and employees within assigned business areas Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, and competency development Align HR policies, practices, and initiatives with business objectives Drive and participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor, analyse, and report on workforce metrics such as FTEs, personnel costs, absence trends, and actuals vs.
Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred) Minimum 5 years’
- experience in an HR role, ideally as an HR Business Partner or similar Skills &
- Experience Strong knowledge of Norwegian labor laws and regulations
- Experience in leadership support and coaching is an advantage Analytical mindset with
