Requirements
- Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within Hedgehog and Microsoft Excel Manage both paper-based and electronic filing systems Perform scanning, faxing, document preparation, and records management tasks Monitor and update compliance and inspection-related records Handle incoming calls, transfers, and service requests, routing inquiries appropriately Provide administrative support to a busy team of Public Health Inspectors Liaise professionally with internal staff and members of the
- experience in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with regulatory or compliance-related data Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies easily Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with various levels of staff Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
