Requirements

Experience owning a product area end-to-end alongside Product partners, with real influence over priorities and trade-offs - Comfort leading in a domain you're new to — you earn trust quickly through process, curiosity, and follow-through - A builder's instinct: you care about shipping things that matter and creating the conditions for your team to do their best work A major plus if you also bring: - Background in construction tech, proptech, procurement, supply chain, or adjacent industries -
Experience building or scaling a marketplace or multi-sided platform at an early stage WORKING AT HIGHARC Higharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018.

You have: - 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing Engineering Managers and building teams from scratch - A strong track record of diagnosing and improving delivery in complex, cross-functional environments -
