Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all cybersecurity documents (policies, frameworks, standards, process, etc.) according to defined scheduled.
- Coordinate the approval and publication of the new documents and control revisions Create and implement communication strategy to promote the cybersecurity policies throughout the organization Conduct trainings and roadshows to promote the cybersecurity policies.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Governance, Risk and Compliance team Be an inspirational and motivational colleague Share knowledge with the team members & participate in the Cybersecurity Chapter Contribute to the collaborative and stimulating work environment Be a change agent & Agile mindset promoter Be connected to the industry to know tendencies and suggest innovative ideas Minimum

- experience in IT Security In-depth knowledge and
- experience in IT Security and Telecommunications In-depth knowledge risk analysis methodologies and security standards (e.g.
- ISO, NIST) Industry-recognized certification (CISSP, CISA, CIRISC, CISM) would be considered an asset Prefered
