Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and grow engineering talent by providing career development support, actionable feedback, and performance reviews
- Lead team execution, ceremonies, and strategic roadmap planning, ensuring strong alignment across engineering, product, and operations
- Build and evolve systems that power real-time, in-person service experiences, balancing speed, reliability, and ease of use
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship, feedback, and data-driven decision-making
- Drive engineering and operational excellence through ownership of performance, reliability, and usability metrics; champion best practices in testing, documentation, and observability
Requirements

- The total compensation range for this role is $275,000-$350,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
- This range represents the combined base salary, annual bonus incentive, and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR.
- Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program.
- Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
