Responsibilities

Hire, develop, and grow engineering talent by providing career development support, actionable feedback, and performance reviews
Lead team execution, ceremonies, and strategic roadmap planning, ensuring strong alignment across engineering, product, and operations
Build and evolve systems that power real-time, in-person service experiences, balancing speed, reliability, and ease of use
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship, feedback, and data-driven decision-making
Drive engineering and operational excellence through ownership of performance, reliability, and usability metrics; champion best practices in testing, documentation, and observability

The total compensation range for this role is $275,000-$350,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
This range represents the combined base salary, annual bonus incentive, and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR.
Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program.
Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
All stock based compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of applicable agreements.
