Responsibilities
- Standardize Supply Chain Processes Develop and implement standardized workflows, SOPs, and governance models to ensure consistent execution across all supply chain functions and sites.
- Establish KPI Frameworks and Performance Management Define, track, and report on key metrics to drive action, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive ERP and System Optimization Partner with IT and functional teams to enhance ERP and planning system utilization, improve data integrity, and streamline system-driven processes.
- Enable Data-Driven Decision Making Build dashboards, reporting structures, and analytics capabilities that provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance and risks.
- Lead Cross-Functional Alignment Drive cross-functional alignment to implement standardized, scalable processes that maintain flexibility and ensure financial auditability.
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean Practices Champion Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and improve process efficiency across the supply chain.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Leverage AI and Advanced Analytics Identify and deploy AI-driven tools and predictive analytics to enhance demand/supply planning, risk identification, and decision-making speed.
- Experience BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8-10+ years of progressive
- experience in supply chain strategy or project leadership. Demonstrated success improving inventory turns, reducing excess & obsolete inventory, and optimizing service levels. Advanced
- experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), MRP logic, inventory planning parameters, and data analytics tools.
- Experience in AI driven solutions and programming preferred Strong financial acumen with ability to model working capital impact and cost-to-serve analysis.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial results.
- Advanced Excel and data modeling capability;
- experience with BI tools preferred.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
