Responsibilities

  • Standardize Supply Chain Processes Develop and implement standardized workflows, SOPs, and governance models to ensure consistent execution across all supply chain functions and sites.
  • Establish KPI Frameworks and Performance Management Define, track, and report on key metrics to drive action, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive ERP and System Optimization Partner with IT and functional teams to enhance ERP and planning system utilization, improve data integrity, and streamline system-driven processes.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decision Making Build dashboards, reporting structures, and analytics capabilities that provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance and risks.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Alignment Drive cross-functional alignment to implement standardized, scalable processes that maintain flexibility and ensure financial auditability.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean Practices Champion Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and improve process efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8-10+ years of progressive
  • experience in supply chain strategy or project leadership. Demonstrated success improving inventory turns, reducing excess & obsolete inventory, and optimizing service levels. Advanced
  • experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), MRP logic, inventory planning parameters, and data analytics tools.
  • Experience in AI driven solutions and programming preferred Strong financial acumen with ability to model working capital impact and cost-to-serve analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial results.
  • Advanced Excel and data modeling capability;
  • experience with BI tools preferred.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
