- The Sales Development Representative will prospect to new potential clients, schedule meetings for the sales teams, follow up accordingly, maintain excellent data accuracy in our CRM (SalesForce), and collaborate with partners in both sales and marketing to drive results.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of Dennemeyer's value proposition and service offerings, and confidently communicate them at a high level to prospective customers, addressing initial questions and positioning Dennemeyer effectively.
- Your tasks: Identify potential customers for the products and services offered by our company Consistently meet or exceed daily call and email activity targets set by management Develop and maintain a solid understanding of Dennemeyer’s value proposition and service offerings, and confidently communicate them at a high level to prospective customers, addressing initial questions and positioning Dennemeyer effectively Develop information on contacts using web search, social media and other provided tools
- experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment, ideally supporting US‑based clients on a night shift Willingness and ability to work US hours / night shift on a long‑term basis
- Experience in the IP industry or professional services is highly preferred Proven
- experience with cold calling and outbound email outreach; strong desire to grow a career in sales Ability to work productively under pressure and willingness to take initiative to ensure completion of tasks Ability to be a proactive team player while also working independently within a virtual team Familiarity with sales technology (SalesForce, SalesNav, Outreach, etc) is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; confident working with diverse cultures Highly dependable,
