• This position will work with our Load Management - Carrier Operations team to track our carriers and provide updates to our customers in a timely manner to ensure we provide the best-in class customer service.
• Implementing and troubleshooting our 3rd Party tracking services and operational challenges.
• Working Hours: 07:00-16:00 CST Working Days: Thursday to Monday
