Responsibilities
- Our goal is to improve the quality, speed and consistency of these materials; strengthen how Ignite presents its connected expertise; and build reusable design assets and ways of working that support client delivery and growth.
- Own the design and delivery of proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, credentials, case studies, thought leadership and other priority client-facing materials.
- Develop credible visual options based on the audience, content maturity, client context and available time.
- Manage multiple assignments independently, clarify briefs with business stakeholders and flag scope, timing or quality risks early.
- Own the quality of your work, complete the studio self-check and resolve issues identified through creative review or independent QA.
- Create and refine reusable templates, slide components, visual systems, iconography and data-visualisation patterns.
- Maintain clean, editable, accessible, correctly named and version-controlled files that support reliable handover and future reuse.

- Use approved AI tools responsibly to accelerate understanding, exploration and production, while ensuring every output is accurate, appropriate and human-reviewed.
- experience in presentation design, visual design, production design or a related creative role, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, professional services or an agency environment.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or similar tools; charting experience would be advantageous.
- Strong command of layout, typography, hierarchy, information design, brand application and final-file quality.
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders, challenge unclear briefs constructively and manage expectations across several concurrent requests. •
- Experience giving useful craft feedback or supporting the development of less-experienced designers.
- Practical AI literacy and the judgement to evaluate AI-assisted outputs critically and responsibly.
