- ABOUT THE ROLE The ideal candidate will be a high-calibre institutional sales professional responsible for driving Pave Bank’s institutional growth and contributing to commercial strategy.
- You will lead the full institutional sales lifecycle - originating and closing high-value opportunities, structuring complex multi-currency and digital asset solutions, and deepening relationships with exchanges, OTC desks, payment institutions, funds, fintechs, and corporates.
- Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure institutional insights inform commercial priorities and collaborate with product, treasury, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions for sophisticated, high-volume clients.
