Responsibilities

Optimize utilization of equipment, systems, and resources to meet changing production demands.
Drive compliance with GMP and other quality system requirements.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
Support site leadership to ensure compliance with local government and regulatory
Manage external contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost control, and timely service delivery.
Promote and sustain a positive workplace safety culture, driving incident reduction and continuous improvement in EHS practices.
Ensure appropriate resource allocation and prioritization to meet business targets and timelines during our current expansion.
Build capability and accountability through effective coaching, feedback, and performance management.
Foster open communication, teamwork, and alignment with ResMed’s core values and culture.
Performance & Reporting Monitor and analyze operational performance against key business indicators.
Production Operations Lead and manage day‑to‑day production and planning to achieve output targets aligned with quality and cost goals across three buildings at the I‑Park site.

experience in people management, coaching, and team development.
Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. Minimum 5 years of
experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Objective document management software.
Demonstrated ability to empower teams and align local execution with global priorities.
Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Engineering or related field.
Experience in the medical device industry.
Training or certification in Project Management, Six Sigma, DFSS , or related methodologies.
