Responsibilities
- Support production teams in troubleshooting process and equipment issues to maintain output, quality, and safety.
- Support process validation and verification activities in line with regulated Quality System requirements.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with OH&S , GMP, and quality standards.
- Build strong working relationships with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering peers to exchange information and solve problems.
Requirements
- As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer , you will be embedded within a Product Focus Team (PFT) and work closely with Production, Quality, and Product Development to support day-to-day manufacturing operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsibilities: Product Focus Team (PFT) Support Provide direct engineering support to the PFT by developing a deep understanding of the manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Qualifications: Required Mechanical aptitude with bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles .
- Familiarity with mechanical design concepts, fixtures, or automation ideas.

- Assist in activities related to process deviations, defects, or equipment challenges.
- Manufacturing Process & Documentation Create, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process flows, and validation records.
- Hands-On Process Improvement Actively identify opportunities to improve manual and semi-automated assembly processes.
