Requirements

- From building genomic foundation models to developing predictive AI platforms, our mission is to accelerate biomarker discovery, improve clinical trial design, and enable novel personalized therapeutics.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in AI, genomics, and therapeutics to inform internal decision-making. •
- experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, business development, or related roles within life sciences, healthcare, or technology . •
- Experience supporting partnership, strategy, or cross-functional initiatives, with exposure to external collaborations, or strategic planning. •
- Scientific understanding of oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas. •
- Familiarity with AI/ML in life sciences and its application to discovery and clinical development. •
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow-through across stakeholders. •
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. •
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, or equivalent) preferred; strong scientific literacy required. Why Join Us?
