Requirements
- Qualifications: - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field - Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) - Minimum of 2 years of
- experience in behavior analysis and intervention - Knowledge of principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct functional assessments, develop behavior plans, and analyze data - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse
