Responsibilities
- Prepare annual financial statements and support internal and external audits together with the Iberia Country Controller.
- Lead month‑end closing activities, reviewing and improving account reconciliations, and proactively identifying risks and issues.
- Ensure consistent application of IFRS and Group Accounting policies for the Spanish entity, including complex or non‑standard transactions.
- Support budget uploads, system enhancements, and automation initiatives within R2R.
- Prepare, execute, and document internal control activities in line with SOX and internal policies.
Requirements
- What will you need to be successful? Master’s degree in Economics or Finance. 8+ years of experience, preferably in Financial Reporting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (C1) ; Portuguese is a plus.
- SAP FI experience required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the local and group stakeholders.
