Requirements
experience in Go (Golang) to help design and build high-performance, scalable backend services.
Work closely with DevOps to deploy and monitor production systems (GCP preferred)
experience developing backend systems in Golang
Strong understanding of server-side development, concurrency, and network I/O Proven
experience with system design and distributed systems concepts •
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, and related web technologies
Working knowledge of SQL databases as well as NoSql (Aerospike)
Ability to quickly connect technology with business context Nice to Have: •
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Familiarity with Kafka or other streaming/message-queue systems
Knowledge of microservices architectures and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of performance profiling, tracing, and distributed monitoring

Benefits
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 USD per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. *This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting.
